In harmony with the seasons, the Bistrot de Campuget offers vegetables from the garden, and, among other traditional dishes, lamb from the vineyards, Mathilde’s recipes, Mr. Baeza’s pigeons from the Chemin de Campuget, Cuadrado andouillettes from Bellegarde, strawberries from Beaucaire, and fresh bread from Manduel, cooked with our olive oil.
