THE SUMMER BISTRO
In harmony with the season, the Summer Bistro will serve you, among other dishes, lamb from the vineyards, Mathilde’s recipes, and pigeons from the Baeza brothers of Chemin de Campuget; strawberries from cousin Guillaume in Beaucaire; trout from the Camplo brothers of the Cévennes; and herbs and vegetables from our garden, all cooked with our own olive oil, accompanied by a glass of Campuget wine.
