In harmony with the season, the Bistrot de Campuget will serve you, among other dishes, lamb from the vineyards, Mathilde’s recipes, and pigeons from the Baeza brothers of Chemin de Campuget; strawberries from cousin Guillaume in Beaucaire; trout from the Camplo brothers of the Cévennes; and herbs and vegetables from our own garden.
Prepared with our own olive oil, to be enjoyed with a glass of Campuget wine.
